OPTIONAL 5 YEAR WARRANTY

If your customers are looking for total peace of mind, then why not take advantage of the extended warranty program?

• › Available on Snake S2 & Pegasus S5 new machine purchases for an additional fee.
• › Mirrors our current 3-year warranty policy which includes Spindles & Gearboxes.
• › An annual service (using the Trimax checklist) must be completed by an authorised Trimax dealer in years 1, 2, 3 & 4 at the customer's expense.
• › The first service must be carried out within 18 months of delivery, and annual reminders will be sent thereafter.
• › Dealers must upload the completed service invoice to the Trimax Resource Centre (see below) to receive the additional warranty.
To keep things easy, dealers can simply upload their service invoice to our system, rather than using a Trimax specific form.
